For private use, our buildings are used as a garden retreat. Perhaps as a music studio, Gym, dark room or the ideal escape to write that book that you always knew you could write! But for business use, there are hundreds of uses. From a small salon to physio space, joiners workshop to painting studio. Economically, it makes perfect space. It adds value to your property, and it feels good not to pay rent to a private landlord. With the high levels of insulation in our buildings, you may never drive to work again.

For many larger businesses or establishments, its a quick and affordable and way to add an additional function. For the hospitality industry, it could be a coffee of ice-cream kiosk, or a space to eat in total privacy. It could be a security cabin, additional classroom space, a ticket office or a quirky place to have a board meeting.
Initial Designs
After taking a full design brief and a build budget, we produce full 3D drawings to give you to help you visualise your building. This is often done within 24 hours.
Installation, London
Installation can be anywhere, and we can usually operate with a very short lead-time. This Gin-Barn was designed and manufactured in our factory in Huddersfield and installed in Regents Park, London. 7 days from initial enquiry to installation.

This home gym is a 4 season building, with pressure-treated log-lap cladding to ensure zero maintenance.

This home studio makes the most of the light with double glazing on 3 sides, giving the customer panoramic views.

The 1960's House, Kings Cross Station
To celebrate 50 years in business, Hi-sense asked us to Design and install this ‘vintage v modern’ building, to be installed in the centre of Kinds Cross Station. The event was a huge success, and its a shame it was only there for 2 days.
A temporary farm shop, London
This fantastic design was for a 3 day installation in London. It uses imported cotswold stone, AV, lightboxes a full height meat fridge and larde lockable store room.
